Call me crazy, but I love talking to engineers, product leaders, sellers, executives, and colleagues in general. In person. While globally-dispersed and remote-when-needed teams are a part of Zilla’s operating culture (as they are for many tech companies), Zilla also has a vibrant in-office culture. From the moment I stepped into the Zilla office, the collaborative energy was palpable. I have seen firsthand how easy it is to huddle over a bug fix or get quick feedback on the usability of a new feature. The chance to brainstorm, problem-solve, and create solutions with my colleagues face-to-face enriches our work culture and accelerates our ability to deliver top-tier solutions (And, my colleague Jason makes a tasty espresso).

It was evident from my very first conversations with Deepak and Nitin that they have a deep understanding of the IGA market and a strong perspective on what customers need from their IGA vendor. Their leadership and impact has shaped the identity governance space today, and I’m confident in their vision of what Modern IGA needs to provide and accomplish in the coming years. Furthermore, the broader leadership team has a breadth of experience across the industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge that will fuel my professional growth in addition to powering innovation and success for Zilla.

I have worked in the technology industry long enough to know not to take a promise at face value, and Zilla’s claim to be a simple, easy to navigate solution was no exception. Surely, there must be hidden complexities and hard-to-configure settings. Once I started exploring Zilla, I saw exactly how easy they are making it to run access reviews, configure identity security policies, and enable self-service access for users (it was so refreshing to NOT have to bother my manager to get access to the apps I needed during those first few days!).
